About the Role:

SafeTree is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on Social Media Strategy and Content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that grow our brand’s online presence, ensure consistent digital branding, and respond effectively to customer interactions on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

• Develop, implement, and manage content across social media platforms.

• Define KPIs and analyze the performance of each platform.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

• Build strategies aligned with the monthly social media calendar.

• Prepare monthly KPI reports and campaign performance summaries.

• Manage campaign assets from brief to delivery.

Digital Branding

• Ensure consistent branding across digital platforms including website, landing pages, and campaign creatives.

• Collaborate with IT for creative optimization and performance improvements.

• Review website content to boost SEO and organic traffic.

• Execute digital brand campaigns and support 360° brand initiatives.

• Liaise with Sales and Channel Marketing for enhancing digital presence across all touchpoints.

Required Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Advertising.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and content creation.

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the BFSI sector.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

• Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends.

• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage content marketing, reputation, and UGC effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Strong time and project management abilities.
