We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns to generate quality leads and support the sales pipeline.
Plan, create, and manage paid lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Build and optimize landing pages for property listings and lead capture using tools like WordPress, Wix, or Unbounce.
Identify high-intent keywords and audience segments to target home buyers, real estate investors, and NRIs.
Track, analyze, and report on lead quality, cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rate, and overall campaign ROI.
Manage and nurture leads through email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing strategies.
Collaborate with the real estate sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and feedback on lead quality.
Perform basic SEO and implement organic strategies to improve visibility on Google and real estate listing platforms.
Utilize CRM tools to organize, qualify, and monitor the status of each lead through the sales funnel.
Stay updated with market trends, local property demand, and real estate digital marketing best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on real estate lead generation.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and lead tracking tools.
Experience working with real estate portals (like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Excellent communication, content, and copywriting skills tailored for real estate audiences.
Video ad creation for property walkthroughs.
WhatsApp automation using tools like WATI or Interakt.
Google Analytics, Hotjar, or other behavior-tracking tools.
Local SEO and Google My Business management.
