Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement targeted digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social platforms.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI and CPL.
Content & Landing Pages: Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and lead magnets.
Marketing Automation: Use CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
SEO & SEM: Drive organic traffic through on-page and off-page SEO strategies and manage paid search campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure lead quality.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation
Proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
Real estate industry experience is a plus
