Digital Marketing Manager | Smartwood Furniture
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our complete digital presence and drive e-commerce growth for our furniture brand. The candidate should have expertise in SEO, paid ads, social media, marketplace management, website development/maintenance, and a strong understanding of digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Plan monthly/quarterly campaigns to increase online sales and brand awareness.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
2. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Create, manage & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid campaigns.
Retargeting, remarketing & conversion optimization.
Track KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and sales conversion.
3. SEO & Website Management
End-to-end SEO management (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
Manage and maintain company website (WordPress/Shopify/custom CMS).
Ensure website speed, security, and mobile optimization.
Regular content updates, landing page design & A/B testing.
4. Social Media & Branding
Develop & execute SMO strategies for brand engagement.
Manage social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
Build brand reputation and community engagement.
5. E-commerce & Marketplace Handling
Manage product listings, ads & promotions on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Optimize product content, keywords & pricing strategies.
Monitor competitor activities & suggest growth tactics.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs to track and optimize campaigns.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
Data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
7. Team & Vendor Management
Coordinate with designers, and developers to execute campaigns.
Manage external vendors/agencies when required.
Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce/furniture/retail industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Management.
Experience with Amazon/Flipkart/Snapdeal or similar marketplaces.
Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Basic graphic design skills (canva).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
