We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies:
Plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, email, and content marketing.
· Manage social media campaigns:
Create engaging content, track performance, and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.
· Analyze campaign performance:
Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
· Optimize for SEO:
Implement strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic from search engines.
· Manage email marketing:
Create and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
· Create content:
Develop engaging and informative content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
· Collaborate with other teams:
Work with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends:
Monitor emerging technologies and marketing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
· Analyze performance:
Track and analyze key metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates.
· Optimize campaigns:
· Make changes to marketing strategies based on performance data and insights to improve results.
· Develop and monitor campaign budgets
· Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
· Identify new marketing opportunities:
Research and identify new channels and strategies to expand reach and impact.
· Build brand awareness:
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand recognition and improve customer perception.
· Drive website traffic and conversions:
Implement SEO, PPC, and other strategies to drive traffic to the website and convert visitors into customers.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
· Required min 3-7 years of experience
· In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
· Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
· Proficiency in photo and video editing software
· Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
· Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
· Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
· Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
· Strong project management and managerial skills
