About the Role (Very Important Section)
We are looking for a highly creative, innovative, and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can completely take charge of our digital presence and drive brand growth for Bharat e-Seva Kendra.
This person will work like a digital brain of the company —

1. Own the Entire Digital Ecosystem
The candidate must independently handle:
• Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Digital Ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Website, Landing Pages & SEO
• WhatsApp Automation, CRM, TeleCRM, WATI
• Email Marketing
• Performance Analytics
• Automation flows for franchise inquiry and support
This person must run digital like a complete department in one powerful mind.
2. Creative & Trend-Oriented Content Leadership
You must create content that stands out and becomes trendy:
• Create new concepts, reels, short videos, and storytelling content
• Build creative messaging that emotionally connects with rural India
• Design innovative content that builds trust and authority
• Keep track of trends on Instagram, YouTube & industry
• Launch new themes, series, campaigns every month
• Create scroll-stopping, attention-grabbing, and viral-worthy content
• Work with editors and designers to produce world-class output
Your creativity will directly shape the brand image.
3. High-Performance Lead Generation
You will be fully responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing:
• Meta Lead Campaigns
• Google Search & Display Ads
• YouTube Video Ads
• Retargeting campaigns
• Funnel-based lead nurturing
• CRM pipelines
• ROI-driven optimization
You must ensure:

7. Video Production & Creative Direction
You will manage:
