Role Overview:

We're hiring a performance-driven Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for generating quality leads, reducing CPL, and maximizing ROI for in-house and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.

Generate high-quality leads within the assigned CPL and budget limits.

Set up conversion tracking, custom audiences, and remarketing campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.

Create and present campaign performance reports to the team.

Coordinate with the design/content team for effective ad creatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in running Google and Meta Ads.

Proven ability to manage a monthly ad budget of ₹10-50Lakhs effectively.

Experience in lead generation and B2B/B2C campaign strategies.

Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.

Deep understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.

Must have managed minimum 3–5 successful paid campaigns.

Knowledge of keyword research and audience segmentation.

Ability to work independently with a strong ROI mindset.
