We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record of running high-budget ad campaigns (₹1L–₹5L+ per client/month) focused on e-commerce sales across platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. If you've worked on serious e-commerce brand-building and consistently generated high ROAS — we want to talk to you.
This is not a generalist digital marketing or lead generation role. We're not looking for someone who has only run small-budget campaigns or lead gen for real estate or local businesses.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
Strategize and execute high-budget e-commerce performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
Develop scalable ad funnels to generate consistent sales and revenue.
Run retargeting, prospecting, dynamic ads, and conversion-based campaigns with sharp focus on ROAS.
Perform A/B testing, budget optimization, and audience refinement.
Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports to improve campaign efficiency.
Collaborate with the creative and website teams to ensure landing pages and creatives are performance-optimized.
Stay on top of ad platform updates and new features to maximize results.
✅ Mandatory Requirements (Do NOT Apply If You Don’t Have These):
Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience focused on E-commerce sales.
Must have handled ad budgets of at least ₹1L–₹5L/month per client (not small-budget or test campaigns).
Proven track record of generating high ROAS sales for e-commerce brands (share case studies or accounts handled).
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Conversion Tracking, Google Merchant Center, GTM, etc.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, attribution models, pixel setups, and remarketing funnels.
Worked with D2C brands or Shopify-based stores.
