Reporting directly to the Directors and Sales Head, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our digital ways of working by managing project planning, conception, implementation, and tracking. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives by applying project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, you will report project status to management and manage escalations. You will take on a vital role in the digital transformation of our organization by driving the delivery of our ambitious digital roadmap. Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee the execution of digital marketing projects for multiple clients simultaneously.

· Develop, maintain, and track project timelines to ensure deliverables are met as per the schedule.

· Collaborate closely with internal departments including:

Ø  Social Media Team

Ø  Graphic Designers

Ø  SEO Team

Ø  Performance Marketing Team

Ø  Content Creation Team

Ø  Website Development Team

· Ensure seamless workflow and efficient task allocation among teams to maintain high operational efficiency.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication.

· Understand client requirements, set expectations, and ensure the timely delivery of tasks and projects.

· Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

· Provide regular updates on project progress and promptly address client feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications:

·         Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client servicing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

·         Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple clients and coordinate internal teams effectively.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams professionally and efficiently.

·         Ability to analyse campaign performance data and extract actionable insights for continuous strategy improvement.

·         Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing solutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted project execution.

·         Monitor the progress of all ongoing tasks to ensure quality standards and adherence to deadlines.

·         Review all deliverables before submission to clients to maintain consistency and high-quality output.

·         Regularly track and evaluate the performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives to ensure they align with predefined client KPIs.

·         Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients, showcasing key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvement.

·         Should be familiar with key digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
