Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing
team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta
(Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and the ability to develop and execute powerful digital strategies that drive
growth, engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring clear communication, productivity, and
performance.
• Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta,
LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance
visibility.
• Oversee and manage Google Ads campaigns ̶ including keyword research, ad creation, bidding
strategy, and performance tracking.
• Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand
objectives and audience targeting.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure brand consistency and
effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to achieve company goals and optimize
marketing spend.
• Prepare and present performance reports, KPIs, and campaign results to management.
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring continuous learning and performance improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4‒7 years of proven experience in digital marketing management.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Expertise in Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Google Ads and Meta Ads Certifications.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Knowledge of content marketing and web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, etc.).
