Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects, aiming to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation through paid ads & organic ads.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to promote properties and increase lead generation
Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings for property listings and company websites
Oversee social media strategy, content creation, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions to highlight real estate properties
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved results
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with the company’s goals for property sales
Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, providing direction and support
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies specifically relevant to the real estate sector
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in the real estate industry
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Ads, and other marketing tools
Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing for real estate projects
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously
