We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who goes beyond basic posting and brings strategic penetration into the compliance, tax, audit, and start-up services space. You must understand the buyer persona of SMEs, start-ups, and professionals, and craft campaigns that generate real business leads, brand credibility, and conversion-ready content.
Understand the core of Apnabusinez.com: CA services, GST, Audit, ROC, Compliance, Start-up support, and HR Services.
Create targeted campaigns that speak directly to business owners, CFOs, founders, and professionals.
Map content and marketing channels to actual service funnel stages.
Drive LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google visibility for specific services with a content-led growth strategy.
Coordinate internally to develop explainer posts, client testimonial reels, real case story campaigns, and compliance awareness drives.
Maintain content hygiene, tone, and compliance with industry expectations.
Run and optimize paid ads with ROI-focused strategy (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Lead organic SEO improvements through article writing, keyword blogs, and service page optimization.
Plan outreach campaigns (cold emailers, re-targeting creatives, etc.).
Work closely with Sales, HR, and Service Heads to align content with real-time service priorities.
Support internal branding efforts (HR hiring drives, employee branding, client welcome packs).
Assist in website planning, audit landing pages, and funnel clarity.
Monitor CPL, traffic, reach, engagement, lead quality, and cost-to-convert.
Weekly reporting to management with improvement plan.
Minimum 2–3 years in digital marketing, preferably for service businesses or consulting firms.
Deep understanding of Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Ads, WordPress, SEO tools.SEO

Google Ads/Facebook/HubSpot certified preferred.
Strong interest or background in finance/legal/business content is a bonus.

Lead Velocity: Weekly qualified business leads from campaigns.
