We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate must be analytical, creative, and passionate about scaling revenue through measurable result
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and affiliate channels.
Set up and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and overall profitability.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Create performance dashboards and automate reporting.
Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS).
Optimize budget allocation across platforms based on performance.
Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
Identify growth opportunities and new channel experiments.
Work with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.
Suggest new angles, hooks, and messaging based on performance data.
Track and analyze data using GA4, Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and pixel implementation.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, algorithm changes, and tool updates.
Benchmark performance against industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads, and remarketing funnels.
Proficient in GA4, GTM, Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and attribution platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
