Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails from clients and students.
Resolve all client and student queries related to services, courses, or campaigns promptly and professionally.
Monitor and manage ad accounts — coordinate with the digital team for optimization and report any issues.
Manage social media platforms – post content as per schedule, reply to comments and DMs, and escalate concerns when needed.
Maintain proper communication records (calls, chats, and follow-ups) in CRM or relevant tracking sheets.
Provide technical assistance for issues related to login, payment, course access, or digital tools.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Strategy) to ensure smooth client support and task completion.
Ensure all client and student messages are checked and responded to on the same day.
Support the team with daily operational and technical activities.
Maintain a professional and courteous communication tone across all channels.
Give access of canva and courses to he students.
