ob Description – Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads Focus)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of audience targeting, campaign structuring, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, Messenger).

• Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, ad formats, and budget allocations.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to maximize ROI.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

• Optimize campaigns for conversions and cost-efficiency.

• Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

• Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

• Manage pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion API integrations.

• Support overall digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, SEO, email, etc.) if required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager & Analytics tools.

• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.

• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and translate into actionable insights.

• Hands-on experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce campaigns.

• Knowledge of other digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
