Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API and automated replies
Update and maintain IndiaMART seller profile for maximum visibility
Regularly update Google My Business with offers, updates, and respond to reviews
Track, manage, and respond to all inbound leads from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Google, and website inquiries
Maintain lead logs and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups
Handle basic marketing tasks like uploading product listings and managing digital presence
Prepare weekly reports on leads and engagement metrics
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Familiarity with IndiaMART, Google My Business, and WhatsApp Business
Experience in handling inbound leads is a plus
Minimum 6 months of experience preferred (freshers may apply)
