🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Outreach Executive who can build strong communication with potential students, manage digital outreach, activate student referral programs, and support marketing campaigns across platforms.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, managing digital tools, and being part of a growing team.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Engage with leads via WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and chat.
• Run referral campaigns with existing students and alumni.
• Post and engage in online student/tech communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn).
• Support offline outreach through college events and flyer campaigns.
• Respond to queries from website, social media, and chat within minutes.
• Maintain lead data, update CRM, and coordinate with counsellors for follow-ups.
• Track performance of outreach efforts (leads, referrals, conversions).
✅ Who Can Apply?
• Final-year students or recent graduates from any stream.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email tools, etc.
• Friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented personality.
• Interest in marketing, outreach, or EdTech is a plus!
