Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Create & execute digital marketing strategies for all our organizations, aligned with brand goals.
Manage brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Content & Campaign Management
Plan, design, and post engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, case studies).
Run paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc., optimizing for ROI.
Coordinate with internal teams for brand-specific campaigns.
SEO & Website Management
Manage website content updates, landing pages, and SEO optimization.
Monitor and improve search rankings & organic traffic.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs for all campaigns using Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and CRM reports.
Prepare monthly reports on performance, lead generation, and ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
Good-to-Have:
Multi-brand or startup marketing experience.
Basic video editing skills.
Knowledge of automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
