Role Overview
You will take full ownership of managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Microsoft Ads. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale a digital marketing function from the ground up, with potential involvement in future tech-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
• Create and refine ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates
• Monitor and manage budgets for maximum ROI
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Analyze audience behavior and refine targeting strategies
• Keep up-to-date with digital advertising trends and platform changes
