Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in running successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with multiple clients, generating leads, and driving traffic for both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :-
1.Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
2.Drive lead generation and traffic ads campaigns for a variety of clients, optimizing for performance and KPIs.
3.Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal ROI.
4.Perform A/B testing to determine best-performing creatives, ad copy, and audience segments.
5.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in paid advertising platforms.
6.Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies to maximize client results.
7.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and design, to develop highly engaging and conversion-driven ads.
Qualifications :-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in running paid ads across multiple platforms.
Proven success in managing lead generation and e-commerce traffic campaigns.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad optimization, and conversion tracking.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and PPC software is a plus.

Pay-: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
