As a Storyboard Artist, you’ll be responsible for visualizing concepts, scenes, and sequences for motion graphic videos. You’ll collaborate with the scriptwriters, graphic designers, and motion graphics animators to turn written scripts into clear, engaging visual narratives. Your storyboards will guide our animation team, ensuring alignment between creative vision and execution.
Responsibilities
Create detailed storyboards that visually represent scripts for motion graphic videos.
Translate concepts, scripts, or creative briefs into clear visual sequences.
Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, graphic designers, and motion graphics animators to align artistic vision.
Illustrate character actions, camera angles, transitions, and scene compositions.
Revise storyboards based on feedback from the creative and production teams.
Maintain consistency in visual style, mood, and tone according to brand guidelines.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for video storytelling.
Manage project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of storyboard materials.
Requirements
Experience working on marketing-related video projects or with advertising agencies.
Proven experience as a storyboard artist in animation, advertising, video production, or related fields.
Strong portfolio showcasing storyboard work for motion graphics, explainer videos, or animated content.
Proficiency in digital drawing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or Storyboard Pro).
Excellent understanding of composition, pacing, scene transitions, and visual storytelling techniques.
Ability to interpret scripts and translate them into effective visual narratives.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to accept and implement feedback.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
