We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. The role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Manage company’s website and ensure content is updated, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
Design, build and maintain a social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform digital strategy.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
Skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Google Ads and Analytics certification.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
