Job Purpose

Drive digital marketing initiatives using advanced, AI-powered strategies to boost course sales and brand presence, with responsibility for campaign execution, performance analytics, and innovative online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies using AI-based tools for lead generation, branding, and sales.

• Design and manage targeted campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other platforms to maximize enrollment, engagement, and reach.

• Create and execute AI avatar-led in-house campaigns for personalized candidate outreach and conversion.

• Analyze performance metrics using advanced analytics platforms; continuously refine campaigns to maximize ROI.

• Collaborate with sales and training teams to align marketing activities with business targets.

• Leverage content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness.

• Conduct A/B testing, competitor research, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy and creative development.

• Stay updated on latest industry trends—especially advances in AI, automation, and data-driven marketing.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership on campaign effectiveness, student conversion, and digital asset performance.

• Uphold the organization’s values and brand integrity across all online platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably with strong exposure to AI-powered solutions and automation.

• Proficiency in running and managing campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, and leading digital platforms.

• Experience with AI avatars, chatbot marketing, and performance analytics tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Tech-savvy, creative, strategic, and data-driven mindset.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
