The candidate will be responsible for building marketing from scratch, handling both strategy and execution, and delivering ROI-focused campaigns.
Design a complete lead generation and nurturing funnel.
Build separate funnels for Fire AMC, Training, Consultancy, and Extinguisher Services.
Define target audiences for Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, Malls, Industries, Builders, and the General Public.
Run geo-targeted campaigns across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh.
Run ROI-focused campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Google My Business.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize ad performance.
Create a monthly social media content calendar.
Plan awareness, educational, and sales campaigns.
Design and publish weekly reels, videos, and posts.
Design creatives for ads, social media posts, and brochures using Canva/Photoshop.
Maintain brand guidelines consistently.
Create service-specific landing pages.
Integrate lead forms and payment collection pages.
Set up automated thank-you emails after order/service bookings.
Provide weekly reports on CTR, leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
Conduct campaign optimization and market research.
Build a complete marketing automation system.
Play a key role in building the future marketing team.
First 3 months: Lead funnel design, social media setup, and test ads.
