We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in YouTube SEO to boost the visibility and ranking of our video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, keyword optimization, audience engagement strategies, and content performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize YouTube video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance search visibility and viewer engagement.

• Perform keyword research and trend analysis to drive video content strategy.

• Manage and grow YouTube channel(s) by implementing SEO best practices.

• Monitor channel analytics (watch time, click-through rate, audience retention) and prepare performance reports.

• Collaborate with content creators and video editors to develop SEO-friendly scripts and plan videos.

• Track competitor performance and suggest improvements to remain ahead of trends.

• Execute strategies to increase subscribers, video views, and user engagement.

• Stay updated on YouTube policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Key Skills Required:

• YouTube SEO tools: TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends

• Knowledge of YouTube Studio and Analytics

• Basic understanding of video editing workflows (preferred)

• Keyword research and on-page SEO expertise

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in YouTube SEO or content optimization.

Preferred:
