We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and execution across all online channels. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative and measurable digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
•	Digital Strategy & Execution
o	Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
o	Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
•	Content & Social Media Management
o	Oversee content creation for social media, website, e-commerce listings, and brand communications.
o	Manage the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
o	Plan influencer collaborations, contests, and campaigns to build engagement.
•	E-commerce & Marketplace Marketing
o	Optimize brand presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, and other platforms.
o	Manage product listings, SEO, pricing strategies, reviews, and promotions to maximize online sales.
•	Performance Marketing & Analytics
o	Drive customer acquisition through performance campaigns (CPC, CPA, ROI-driven marketing).
o	Track KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
o	Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, etc., for insights and optimization.
•	Branding & Creative Campaigns
o	Lead digital-first brand campaigns (festivals, product launches, seasonal promos).
o	Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across channels.
•	Team & Agency Management
o	Coordinate with creative, media, and influencer agencies for campaign execution.
o	Manage and mentor an in-house digital/creative team.

Requirements
•	Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
•	3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or consumer brands.
•	Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
•	Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing, and e-commerce.
•	Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Suite.
•	Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
