Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate high-quality leads and deliver strong ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

• Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.

• Monitor campaign performance daily, generate insights, and optimize accordingly.

• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

• Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.

• Stay updated with industry trends, policies, and new ad features.
