About the Role

InvestinPro Realtech Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Instagram marketing, and social media management with a strong understanding of lead generation strategies and digital campaign optimization.

This role requires a creative yet analytical professional capable of executing high-performing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive qualified leads, and improve online engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

• Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Performance campaigns.

• Develop audience targeting strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.

• Generate quality leads for real estate projects and other business verticals.

SEO & Website Optimization

• Perform comprehensive SEO activities, including:

  • On-page SEO

  • Off-page SEO

  • Keyword research

  • Competitor analysis

  • Backlink creation

  • Technical SEO improvements

• Track website rankings and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and search visibility.

Social Media Management

• Manage daily Instagram marketing activities, including posts, reels, stories, and audience engagement.

• Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for creative development and campaign execution.

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.

• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and advertising policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Good understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics

• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.

• Experience in Instagram marketing and social media management

• Understanding of lead generation funnels and audience targeting strategies

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools is an added advantage

• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
