Job Summary:
Indo Safe, a leading name in veterinary and human pharmaceutical products, is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth initiatives. The role involves managing all aspects of digital marketing, website development, SEO, YouTube video marketing, and online branding to expand our reach across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Strategy:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Indo Safe’s products and strengthen its brand presence.
Plan and manage digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, online advertising, and YouTube video campaigns.
Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and distributor engagement through targeted online promotions.
Website Development & Management:
Oversee design, development, and maintenance of the company website.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and updated with accurate product and company information.
Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance website functionality, performance, and conversion rates.
Implement SEO best practices across all web pages for higher visibility and ranking.
SEO & Performance Marketing:
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
Improve website ranking on Google and other search engines through organic and paid strategies.
Manage Google Ads, social media ads, and YouTube video campaigns for product awareness and lead generation.
Track, analyze, and report website and video campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, YouTube Analytics, and Ads Manager.
YouTube & Video Content Marketing:
Plan, create, and manage product-focused videos for YouTube to showcase Indo Safe’s products and engage target audiences.
Optimize video content for SEO, views, and engagement.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce professional video content aligned with brand messaging.
Content & Communication:
Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and YouTube.
Work with internal teams to design promotional material, digital brochures, and product campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels.
Innovation & Research:
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, YouTube marketing, and healthcare marketing technologies.
Identify new digital opportunities, partnerships, and platforms to strengthen Indo Safe’s digital footprint.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
3–7 years of experience in digital marketing; experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
Proficient in:
Website management tools (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or custom CMS)
SEO tools
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads/Analytics
Google Analytics and other performance tracking platforms
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, video content marketing, and website analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Ads/YouTube Marketing.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website back-end tools.
Experience in B2B pharmaceutical marketing or online distributor engagement.
