PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and manage our digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate should have a strong strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), and YouTube Ads.

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data driven insights and reports on key KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and copy.

• Work closely with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and performance metrics.

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates to drive innovation in campaigns. Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve efficiency.

• Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI.

• Leverage audience insights for precise targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record in Meta, Google, YouTube Ads, and SEO.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, or similar).

• Exceptional command over written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Hands-on experience in fashion, retail, or eCommerce brands is highly preferred. Ability to liaise across departments & external agencies align strategies effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
