About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth through smart SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to increase website traffic, improve rankings, and enhance user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes for crawlability, indexing, and site performance
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink outreach and link building
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices
- Monitor and report on performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Stay updated on SEO and digital marketing trends and Google algorithm changes
- Conduct A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve conversion rates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical)
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Solid understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience in local SEO and eCommerce SEO
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing)
- Basic knowledge of schema markup and structured data
