Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

💻 Campaign Management & Execution

• Plan, implement, and monitor all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

• Develop and manage the content calendar for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and other digital channels.

• Create compelling, high-quality, and creative content (text, image, and video) that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Conduct keyword research and implement On-Page and Off-Page SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

• Manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including budget allocation, bid management, and ad copy optimization.

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.

📊 Analysis, Optimization, and Reporting

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals (e.g., ROI, CPA, traffic, conversions).

• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Search Console) to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels, providing actionable insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Content, Product, Design) to create cohesive marketing campaigns and improve overall user experience.

• Assist in the development and documentation of the overall digital marketing strategy.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and platform updates.

Requirements & Skills

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 1–3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing.

• Solid knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).

• Hands-on experience with PPC and paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).

• Proficiency in web analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).

• Experience with Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Soft Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
