Role: Digital Marketing Executive

🕒 Full-time | Experience: 1-3 years
💰 Compensation: Industry competitive + Performance-based perks

Your Mission (if you choose to accept it):

• Manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon, Flipkart, CRED etc.)

• Scale our Shopify & marketplace sales via optimized listings, A+ content, SEO, and UGC strategy

• Plan & execute email, WhatsApp & influencer marketing campaigns

• Analyze metrics & ROI, and create weekly dashboards (We love clarity)

• Work closely with design, marketplace & product teams for launches, offers & creatives

• Explore viral content ideas, experiment with reels & shorts, and break the algorithm

We’re Looking For:

• Solid hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon PPC

• Knows how to use Canva, Google Analytics, Klaviyo (or equivalent), and Shopify backend

• Data-driven mindset but creative in execution

• Strong copywriting instincts (If you can write captions that slap, bonus points)

• Knows when to be serious, and when to meme 👀

Bonus Skills (Not mandatory, but we’ll high-five you):

• Experience with influencer tie-ups or UGC curation

• A bit of photography/videography understanding

• Previous D2C brand experience

• Knows the difference between reach, engagement, and real conversion 🧠
