We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role you will lead the planning, execution and optimization of our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. You’ll work toward increasing brand awareness, driving online traffic, generating leads and increasing conversions through data-driven, creative and strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimise digital channels including SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing, display advertising and content marketing.
Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance (web traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) and use insights to refine future campaigns.
Collaborate with content, design, product and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across channels.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, recommend innovative approaches.
Manage budgeting for paid campaigns, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective performance.
Optimize website and landing pages for user experience, conversion rate and search visibility; handle content calendar and digital assets.
Qualifications & Skills-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing software and CMS.
Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Excellent communication (written & verbal), project management and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, work under deadlines and adapt to changing digital environments.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot or equivalent.
Experience in e-commerce, B2B/B2C marketing, or working in your industry
Experience with marketing automation, CRM integrations, A/B testing and growth hacking techniques.
