We are seeking a results-driven in managing organic, paid, and local digital marketing campaigns. The role involves handling SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Google My Business (GMB) optimization to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI. Key Responsibilities Organic Marketing.
• Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to increase website ranking.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize content.
• Create and manage content calendars (blogs, social posts, videos, reels).
• Handle Google My Business (GMB) profile – optimize listings, respond to reviews, post updates, track insights, and increase local visibility.
• Manage brand presence across organic social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor organic traffic, CTR, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics. Paid Marketing • Plan and execute ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage targeting, retargeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization. • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages. • Track ROI metrics like CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS. General • Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and GMB insights. • Collaborate with content, sales, and design teams for campaign execution.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities. • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools. Key Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads, and Google My Business (GMB) optimization. • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console. • Ability to run both organic and paid campaigns. • Knowledge of email marketing tools and content strategies.
• Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop or basic design tools (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
