Big Brancy builds predictable client acquisition systems for B2C businesses. We’re looking for a smart, hungry individual to work directly with the founder to engineer new growth engines, systematize our sales process, and help us scale. If you're obsessed with efficiency, leverage, and getting measurable results, this is your training ground.
You won’t just be learning marketing; you’ll be learning how to build a business from the inside out, with direct mentorship from the founder.
What You’ll Do: The Blueprint
Architect Growth Engines: Collaborate with the founder to identify and build new client acquisition channels from the ground up.
Engineer Outreach Systems: Create, deploy, and optimize automated lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, and other high-leverage platforms.
Systematize the Sales Process: Research target markets, write and test outreach scripts, and build automated follow-up sequences to ensure zero lead leakage.
Develop High-Leverage Content: Create and test strategic content (case studies, articles, social posts) that fuels the outreach systems and builds authority, directly contributing to lead generation.
Manage the Revenue Pipeline: Maintain our CRM not as a database, but as a client acquisition assembly line, tracking every metric from first contact to closed deal.
Master the High-Value Close: Shadow the founder in key international client conversations and learn the art of pitching, negotiating, and closing deals based on value, not price.
