We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. Your role will play a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc.)
Manage and optimize the company’s website, ensuring strong SEO and UX performance
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Create engaging content for digital platforms including blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
Analyze digital marketing analytics reports to measure success and improve strategy (using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to support marketing goals
Monitor competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in a digital marketing or similar role
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email campaigns, and content marketing
Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset and analytical thinking
Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy, etc.)
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
