We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart a career in digital marketing. As a trainee, you will undergo structured training and receive hands-on experience in various aspects of online marketing, including SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing, and analytics.
Participate in a structured training program covering key digital marketing channels and tools.
Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Help manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Assist in writing and optimizing content for blogs, websites, and other digital channels.
Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Training Provided:
Fundamentals of Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing)
Introduction to Google Ads and Meta Ads
Google Analytics and performance tracking
Keyword research and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
Content creation and optimization techniques
Social media strategy and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Basics of marketing automation and CRM tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or pursuing final year).
Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
Basic understanding of digital platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Familiarity with MS Office and online tools like Canva or Google Workspace.
