Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Execution

• Deliver cakes and desserts safely and on time to customers.

• Handle products carefully, especially fragile or tiered cakes.

• Provide a professional and courteous customer handover experience.

2. Self-Delivery (Bike)

• Personally manage nearby deliveries on a bike.

• Take responsibility during high-volume days or when another driver is unavailable.

• Execute urgent or priority deliveries quickly and efficiently.

3. Team Support & Backup Responsibility

• Provide assistance to other delivery executives if they are unavailable.

• Take over assigned deliveries in case of absence, delay, or emergency.

• Support smooth operations by cooperating with drivers and coordination staff.

4. Customer Communication

• Confirm address details, landmarks, and receiver availability before delivery.

• Update customers proactively in case of delays.

• Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.

5. Dispatch & Quality Check

• Verify packaging, labeling, and order accuracy before dispatch.

• Ensure proper placement and stability of products during transport to avoid damage.

6. Reporting & Updates

• Update delivery status in ClickUp in real time.

• Confirm delivery completion with notes.

• Share daily delivery summary if required.
