Reporting To: Hub Manager / Delivery Supervisor

Role Purpose:

To deliver Flipkart parcels to customers safely, accurately, and on time, while ensuring a good customer experience and maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up packages from the Flipkart hub and deliver them to customers as per assigned routes.

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries following the daily schedule.

• Handle packages carefully to avoid damage.

• Collect payment from customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and reconcile it with the hub.

• Verify delivery details through the Flipkart delivery app.

• Maintain delivery records and report any issues or delays to the supervisor.

• Follow traffic rules and road safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 8th/10th pass.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Own two-wheeler with valid RC, insurance, and pollution certificate.

• Android smartphone with internet access.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.

• Time management and punctuality.

• Basic communication skills.

• Customer service orientation.
