• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
