The role involves safe and timely pickup and delivery of items while following defined routes and schedules. We are looking for candidates who are polite, disciplined and committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
• Safely load, transport and deliver items to customers or business locations
• Follow assigned delivery routes and complete deliveries on time
• Check orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy
• Ensure correct customer handover and verify charges when required
• Assist in loading and unloading items from the vehicle
• Collect payments when applicable and maintain proper records
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Handle customer questions, concerns and minor complaints effectively
• Follow all traffic rules and maintain a clean driving record
• Prepare simple delivery reports and basic documentation as required
• Minimum qualification: Below 10th accepted
• Experience: 0 to 3 years (freshers are welcome)
• Must have good time-management and responsibility
• Basic customer service skills required
• Attention to detail and prior delivery experience is an advantage
• Polite behavior, discipline, and punctuality are essential
