Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Boys to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and ensuring the safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed in compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payment transactions.

• Verify customer details before completing each delivery.

• Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service and resolve any delivery issues.

• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle (bike) at all times.

• Assist with loading and unloading of items, if necessary.

• Collect payment from customers when required and handle it responsibly.

• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while driving.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Own Bike, Valid Driver’s License (DL), and Smartphone.

• Prior experience in delivery or related field is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English or local languages preferred).

• Knowledge of Pune area and routes.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Positive attitude and reliability.

• Ability to handle cash and payments securely.
