Job Title: Customer Support Executive – WCOM Process
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (plus incentives)
Experience: 1 year in BPO/Voice Process
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for telecom-related queries (WCOM process)
Assist customers with billing, service activation, and technical support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
Meet daily call targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice-based BPO process
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
Familiarity with telecom services is a plus
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
