Voice, you will be handling inbound voice calls (internal only, no sales targets). Your key responsibility is to assist customers with queries and ensure efficient resolution, focusing on Average Handling Time (AHT) and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound customer queries over the phone.
· Provide accurate and timely information and solutions.
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Adhere to company communication protocols and policies.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Location: Kukatpally,Hyderabad
· Language Proficiency: English (common), Hindi,Kannada,telugu
· Stipend: INR 13,500 – 18,000/month
Shift Timings:
· 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
· 6 days/week
· Rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
· Common shifts: 9 AM – 5 PM, 10 AM – 6 PM
· Late shifts: 3 PM – 12 AM, 4 PM – 1 AM, 5 PM – 2 AM, 6 PM – 3 AM
· Company-arranged drop-off service available for shifts ending after 9:30 PM
