Salary: 13,000 – 16,000 per month (Based on experience and language proficiency)
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality and productivity targets as defined.
• Follow company protocols and procedures during every interaction.
Requirements:
Proficient in •English•• and at least one regional language:
Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
