Job Title: Customer Support Executive(voice process)

Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore

Interview location: Jayanagar

Salary: 17,000 to 20,000 (In Hand) +CTC

Working Days: 6 days of working and 1 rotational off
Minimum qualification: PUC (12th pass) or any Graduate.

Candidates will be provided work from home after 3 months along with Laptops

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Voice process to join our team in Tin Factory, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and complaints.

• Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  

Key Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi or English and Kannada.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
