Handle inbound technical support calls for international customers
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues effectively
Provide step-by-step assistance with system errors, installations, and configurations
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution and professional communication
Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and empathy
