Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and effective email and chat support to Meesho customers.

Understand and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve support processes.

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.

Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

Experience:

0 to 2 years in a customer service role (Freshers are welcome to apply).
