The ideal candidate will handle customer queries via phone and chat in English, Hindi, Telugu, or Malayalam. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chat support.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or concerns.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Record and document all customer interactions as per company standards.
Required Languages:
Proficiency in any one or more of the following languages:
English
Hindi
Telugu
Malayalam
Candidates fluent in any one or more of the above languages are encouraged to apply. Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass/Any Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
